Free Shipping Over AUD $99

Crysora offers free shipping on orders over AUD $99. Shipping options, available services and delivery costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

Orders below AUD $99 may have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Australia Shipping

We offer delivery across Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

• Standard Australia delivery: 3–8 business days
• Express Australia delivery: 1–3 business days
• Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier network conditions, public holidays, weather events and seasonal demand.

International Shipping

Crysora ships worldwide where carrier services are available. International orders may be shipped using FedEx or another suitable tracked carrier depending on destination, availability and checkout options.

• International express delivery: 3–10 business days
• Delivery depends on: destination country, customs clearance, local carrier handling and public holidays

International delivery timeframes are estimates and may be extended by customs inspections, local regulations, remote destinations or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees or local fees required by their country.

These charges are not controlled by Crysora and are not included in our product prices unless clearly stated at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

All orders are securely packed and insured where eligible.

Many items are presented in gift-ready packaging where stated on the product page.

Signature on Delivery

For security, signature on delivery may be required for selected or higher-value orders.

If signature is required, please use a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 12pm AEST/AEDT may be processed the next business day.

Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays or carrier transit time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the order has already been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

PO Box Delivery
