These Terms & Conditions explain how customers may use the Crysora website, place orders, purchase products, request support and interact with our online store.

1. About Crysora
Crysora is an Australian-based jewellery and gemstone gift brand offering jewellery, gemstone gifts, keyrings, home ornaments, keepsakes and gift-ready pieces.
Crysora is the sister business of Sapphire Pal and is built on family experience in the gem and jewellery trade.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting our website, browsing our products, creating an account, placing an order or using our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
3. Website Information
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, images, availability, care guidance, shipping information and policies accurate and up to date.
However, occasional errors, omissions, delays or display issues may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, amend product details or cancel an order where information was incorrect or unavailable.
Product colours may vary slightly across screens, photography settings, lighting conditions and device displays.
4. Product Information
Crysora sells a range of jewellery, gemstone gifts, keyrings, ornaments and keepsakes. Product materials, size, finish, colour, gemstone details, packaging and care notes may vary by item.
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product, material, size, colour, gift packaging or suitability, contact us before placing your order.
Natural gemstones, crystals, decorative stones and gemstone-inspired pieces may show natural variation in colour, texture, pattern, clarity, size and appearance.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products at the price shown at checkout.
Your order is accepted when we confirm and process the order. We may contact you if additional information is required.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where there is suspected fraud, payment issue, stock error, pricing error, website error, address issue, product availability issue or breach of these terms.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund where appropriate.
6. Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout. Prices may change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment providers or other available payment methods shown at checkout.
Crysora does not store full credit card details on our own systems.
If a payment is declined, delayed, reversed or flagged for review, we may delay or cancel fulfilment until the issue is resolved.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Crysora orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW, Australia. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier service, destination, address accuracy, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, peak seasons and other delays outside our control.
Free shipping may be available on eligible orders over AUD $99, as stated on our Shipping Information page or at checkout.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges and local charges required by their country.

8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. If an order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Crysora is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details provided by the customer, except where required by law.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in original packaging.
Earrings, personalised or custom-made pieces, gift cards and used, worn or damaged items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns are separate from your legal rights for faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly described goods.
11. Care & Use of Products
Customers are responsible for using and caring for products appropriately. Jewellery, gemstone pieces, plated items, keyrings, ornaments and keepsakes should be handled with care.
Avoid moisture, harsh chemicals, perfume, lotions, impact, rough surfaces, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water and improper storage unless the product specifically states otherwise.

12. Gift Cards, Promotions & Discount Codes
Gift cards, promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, exclusions or usage limits.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.
Crysora may modify, pause or end promotions at any time, except where prohibited by law.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, branding, page designs and visual materials, is owned by or licensed to Crysora unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
14. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, use our website for unlawful purposes, or engage in fraudulent, abusive or misleading conduct.
We may restrict access to the website or cancel orders if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, shipping carriers, social media platforms or other external services.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies or services of third-party websites. Please review their terms and policies before using them.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crysora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of our website, delayed delivery, product misuse, third-party service issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Our liability, where permitted by law, may be limited to the replacement, repair or refund of the relevant product.
18. Events Outside Our Control
Crysora is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, cyber incidents, supply issues, public holidays, government restrictions or technical outages.
We will do our best to communicate with customers where significant delays or issues affect an order.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our website, products, policies, services, technology, legal requirements or business practices.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled under the applicable laws and courts of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
